I really just dont know what to think about this other than cops need to try to be a bit less trigger happy. Even if the kid was talking shit he is no threat with cuffs behind his back. I argue that a stun gun is already excessive force. You cant stun someone for just yelling....at least I don't think cops should be allowed to if they can.

I was driving a 2000 mustang gt vert. when a dumb jc campus cop asked me this and i told him i make $27.50 and hour work 12 hour shifts at the time. no drugs no weapons back the **** off... and this was all because i was black.
