6) why is this even a big deal? Because minorities across the country get prejudged and profiled everyday by people in positions of authority. (regardless of race) Fact

There's a moral issue with it. Other than being young, black and in the wrong neighborhood at the wrong time, why did Zimmerman decide to call the police, get out his ride and follow Trayvon?
Just as its not illegal to be prejudice and profile another individual, it's not illegal to walk back to your place of residence. Or even walk around it. Trayvon hadn't broken any laws, not even a disturbing the peace complaint.
So yeah, Zimmerman will be let go, because he didn't break any federal or state laws, but he crossed a moral barrier for sure.

You know what you're right, no one knows if Trayvon would have broken into a house that night, I mean he had a bag of skittles and Arizona iced tea.
