Work out a payment plan! afterall you guys are/were friends right?
Have him cash you out a bill every month ($100).
I had a younger kid i helped out many years ago that i knew really well... He still owes me like $320 or so but ended up trying to pull some excuse as to why he thinks he shouldn't owe it to me bla bla...
Well me and him don't really get along too well. He knows he owes me, he knows he deserves a beating but just doesn't care so i wrote him outta my life.
Communication is key and since he is your friend don't just be demanding just come to some common terms.
A few years down the road after all is said and done you gonna realize losing friends over money is stupid. Now if you did your due diligence and dude wont pay either go to small claims court or just look the other way and write him off bro. Sorry to hear you having this problem!

Hopefully with all these occurring threads will fellow members learn NOT TO give an item without the full cash asked for in hand or give cash for an item not even built or given to.
Good luck to all those who are waiting for the money/items.

so u had to pay a guy for your own ecu an harness? wheres the ecu an harness? not only have u not received any money you have had to pay extra for some other business t top has going on? dam man. some people priorities are off.
if i owe somebody, somehow i got where i was with somebody else help, therefore im broke till that person is paid off, its a fucking previgedge to even get to owe, if u dont have the money u dont deserve to have it in my book. hope this gets resolved. AGAIN his business with others an me has always been simple, but i was alwasy buying i think and i had all the money too lol.
