I mean.. is apex a vendor on their site?
I agree this should stop and be settled through pms, but.. i don't see why people are hating on Andy... i don't know the guy but all he's doing is trying to get something that he believes happened at apex resolved.

Thanks jmir018. I don't know why they banned my ip from the site. I just posted my story and within a day I was banned. I've been on this site for well over 3 years with NO DRAMA. For all that know me on this site, know that I am a respectable guy.

Depending on how the email account is setup, its entirely possible that the pics you tried to send were simply over the inbox size limit.
Andy, I'm not blasting you in anyway... but look at it from Chris' point of view... customer came in and had work done, customer left, and then later said there was damage done to the car...
its the timing and the fact that when the incident supposedly took place, nothing was said until later thats killing you.
Apex, you too can understand his frustration, he is saying his car was damaged at your shop.
I'm not siding, I'm just posting on an open forum.
But this -really- should have been handled over the phone, email, pm, or in person...

Meet up and put the car on the lift and open the door to see if the damage is in that exact spot Where the damage is on the door. I think it would be pretty obvious once the car was back into the same spot where the damage supposedly occured? Figure out who is at fault and if it was'nt apex's fault Andy should apologize, and if it lines up, apex should stand up and take care of it and keep their reputation good on the board's now that it has become public information.
