Please read your PM and let's handle this off the boards. Interesting that you say you have been trying to PM me the pictures... when you have said your digital camera is having problems (through PM).. I have been waiting a week for you to send me the pictures.

John,
I am assuming the mailbox he is refering to is the PM mailbox which was not full. OR if he is refering to my AOL account that is ALSO not full.
As I have said before we will take care of it if it is our fault. I have asked him for over a week to send me the pictures, which he did not. I have tried to resolve this via PM with him.
Also, if he had a problem contacting me via email or PM he could have easily called the shop and they would have given him my other office number or cellphone.

So. is it your fault or not? Simple yes or no.
You saw the video and I think have had plenty of time to inspect the lift in question. If it is your fault, admit your guilt and your willingness to fix this. if not, then tell the guy to get lost and lets get back to our non dramatic threads.

Based on the video no. But there is oviously some damage on his door and I will let "HIM" know within 3 days after I have compared the pictures to what I have. If it is our fault, we need to fix it.

the damage done doesnt look like it could have happened from opening the door. If you notice the lip of the door is bent down, almost like something fell on it.

i agree with that, but he never described fully how it hit and where it hit so we can't really make a judgement.

I think it's interesting though that he says there is nothing on tape, yet he wants to look at these pics? "Compared to what you have"? Obviously you have SOMETHING, or you wouldn't have made the statement...
