So here's a list of some things we will need that haven't been put up. Some aren't necessities but some are. Just what I brainstormed @ work
*Condiments (ketchup/mustard/etc)
*Sliced cheese (for burgers)
*Bbq sauce (homemade or bought)
*Foil
*Ice chest( 1 for drinks, 1 for meat)
*More ice
*Serving utensils (spachelas, tongs)
*Seasonings (salt, pepper, etc)
*Table cloth
*Water
*Napkins
*Foil trays (to keep cooked food in)
*Hot links
*Fruits (maybe grapes or summn)
*Trash bags
****MORE MEAT****
But yeah were gona make a store run b4 we get goin if we need more items. And if what ubrought isn't used up feel free to take it hm wit u.
And I don't think were gona need a permit but to be safe we needa keep the alchohol in plastic cups. That way if cops get nosy were good.

Hey everyone Kyle here. Please pencil me in for this BBQ. I won't be able to make it to the game but i'll show up around 3pm. I'll bring some soda's and finger foods so everyone will have some snacks in case they get alittle hungry before the food is ready

hey I am new to the site but count me in. I will be coming with river city auto. I will bring some beer and soda and some foil trays and pitch in some change for anything else we might need.

If anyone has a costco card we could probably make a big run before the bbq if people wanted to pitch in like 5$ each. However, it would have to be early since saturdays at costco arent fun with the lines.

Costco sounds like a plan. I can see my old co-workers. Or we can hit winco which is also up the street
The park is located off the 99 freeway in elk grove. @ the calvine exit. Check pg 5 for exact directions
Also it looks like the bbq will be bigger than I anticipated. So far we got 40+. ima recommend u dress comfy since there's ample resting in the grass. Maybe bring some blankets or sheets. I kno were all rollin muscle cars so I will bring what I can from my house as far as a table or blankets in my truck
Lastly everyone is welcome. This is the first event I'm heading so I'm lookn for success. But I expect that everyone coming is a GROWN ASS man or woman. We will be in my neighborgood and I'm not tryna have people act dumb. I kno we all got hot cars, so jpajkos may organize something for after so we can let the ponies run.
Bottom line is If one or 2 peoples actions are going to ruin it for everyone, I and some others will politely ask u 2 leave. This is a very casual chill event so come to have some fun.

Damn this shit is getting huge! Looks like we have enough people that if we wanted, we could have a tournament in basketball, football, baseball, soccer or whatever and then we could crown the winning team the champion of the first CAFords BBQ this leads me to my next thought, ![[Confused]](confused.gif) What would everyone think if we had some type of car contest and judged the cars and maybe have small prizes?
