Quick rundown of the situation: First met the guy at a cruise 2 years ago and he seemed like a real cool guy. He told me he had all types of disounts and tires for "Cheap". My friends nor I never recieved any discounts or tires for "Cheap" throughout our entire friendship..
Present Situation: About a month ago I let this guy come to my house to work on his car. I had work so I left him at my house. He called me 2 hours later and told me his starter went out when he left and that he had to go back to borrow (94Blk 5.0's) Jack and (My) Metric Sockets. I had no problem with that at all we always lend tools to eachother.
Now me and my friends have been trying to get these things back from him since both our cars have been down. I have a big exhaust leak and my buddy had his brake caliper fall off his daily driver.
The only time I have spoken to him was when I called his Girl. He won't answer anyone elses calls on his own personal phone. He has promised on 2 seperate occassions to bring the Jack/Tools and never showed and went missing as usual.
Summary: I feel really bad for having to do this but this is the last resort.. All I want is my stuff back and I don't have time to be chasing someone around. I go to school/work and spend my free time having fun..
What should I do: I have in my posession some of his stuff, (2) 95 Cobra's 17x10.5 black with 315 Tires, and his O' so famous "Deuces"...
List of people that I know of that he owes stuff to:
Cali95gt- Metric Sockets & Four-way
94BLK5.0- Jumper Cables & Jack
Sonic96GT- Cobra Foglights

Sell it, put his Cobras up for $100-200 and his "dubs" for $300. (lowball prices).

94onDuces!!! Everyone is waiting on you to post. Are you going to explain yourself. Me and cali went to united performance TODAY as of 3/25/11 to get our boys exhaust leak fixed. Peter (the owner of the shop) asked if we have seen you lately. We told him we haven't. We then asked Peter if you use to work for him, Because you told us several times that you did. . Peter looked at us like we were crazy. He said you NEVER worked for him. Peter also said that You, your brother, and your mom all owe him money for not paying him for the work he did on all your guys cars.. NO BULLSHXT you guys, I'm not making this up. I was shocked today. Almost embarrassed for Peter to think we affiliate with a character like yourself. Its a good thing we pay Peter and give him good business or he'd problably jack the prices up because of you. If he thought we were tight. I knew something was funny whenever you avoided going to his shop with us, and i remembered I tried to hand you the phone once to explain something to him, and you would not even take the phone from me. You had the nerve to Say he owed you money for blowing a head gasket on one of your cars.
You always said you can get us tires when we first met you, I've even heard you keep mentioning still after knowing you for 2 years. When I don't reply asking for those tires, do you think I believe you still??? You haven't had a job since we first met you 2 years ago and yet you still kept coming around Cali's house in the evening with your dress shirt and slacks on talking about you just got off work. You tell us you work at Goodyear Millbrea and that your a manager. So we call and speak to the owner, which he said Yea I remember that guy, I told that him we weren't hiring, infact we are laying people off.. So we let you keep coming around the house for 2 months straight, late evening telling us you just got off work. I'd just be rolling my eyes. Now you say you got transferred to the goodyear in filmore. So we call thier, and guess what They never heard of you, you don't exist
I dont appreciate you lying to those girls about why you don't tell us where you really work because we are broke and we try to free load off you. Hahaha, you know what I'm building so I'll leave it at that.

you should go find his car and get YOUR fog lights off his car.. they take only a few minutes to get them off.. i assume you know where his car sits since i got a text of a vid that somebody made of his car last night..

I really appreciate you "Mods" for making this a sticky.. That's what I have always been hoping for because everyone on this board needs to know the truth about this guy and the current situation before he tries to flip it and make us seem like the bad guys...
Update: Yesterday I was playing around with the idea of posting his stuff up for sale. I even went the further step and got in contact with his girl through a text message.
After reading this I started to think that maybe this guy was in jail or something. He likes this girl a lot and it's odd for him not to keep in contact with her for a few days. Then at work yesterday a buddy tells me he ran into this guy at the MetroPCS store on Thursday 3/24 paying his bill.... So he is not in JAIL!! he's still roaming the streets ignoring me..
So the question is, "Time to sell"??? ![[Confused]](confused.gif)
There is more: This is to back up Sonics96GT previous statement of how this guy pretends he works. I just play along with it for personal amusement. This conversation was had 3/21 look at the date. Still no tools.

No the info I got was very reliable. It's from a childhood friend and he has no reason to lie. He didn't even know about any of this at the time he told me he bumped into him...
