if anyone has ever filed a police report, I would call your local PD and report this and bring the ebay stuff and contact EBAY.
sooner or later shit will catch up with him and who knows maybe 10 years down the road you'll see a little cheese in some sort of class action.

Damn, I was away for the weekend and I come back to read this!!! Wow, Dan just got caught Did he really think he was slick using another name on other forums/ebay?!? We've concluded Dan Danny Starkey's good friend is Pcsal, Cm4hawks, Charles McDonald, 925-726-8643 . Charles was trying to trick people on this forum into thinking his buddy Dan didn't run off to Florida with thousands of stolen dollars. Charles McDonald is not a good person. He is an accomplice to scams. Why would Pscal Charles do this? I wonder if Dan gave Charles any of the stolen loot for his cooperation? What do you guys think was his criminal motive?

Instead of sharing what he knew with the scammers, Charlie tried to trick the victims into thinking Dan was not in Florida. Charles McDonald helped his good friend get away with stealing tens of thousands of dollars. The evidence proving this is clear. The wealthy man Charlie can right now reply to this post and let all the victims know exactly where Danny Starkey is hiding and how to reach him to get their money and parts back. Well I have known Dan for 20+ years, plus there are a few others on here that have known him for just as long, I also have known Alstock for at least 15 years and I helped 0089GT get his car back from Dan’s parents house, this whole thing has been crazy but to put Charles on blast isn’t right, you ever think Dan lied to Charles? Dan lied to me when he told where is moving to and I haven’t heard from him since, so if you knew Dan is back and where he lives why aren’t you going to see him?

You and other long time friends of Danny Dan Starkey came out one by one and spoke out against Mr. Starkey once undeniable truths about his thefts were revealed. It showed you're a real man to do that. Cm4hawks Charlie on the other hand lied to the victims in the favor of Dan and never corrected himself or spoke out against Dan once the undeniable truths were revealed. This is hilarious everyone on here knows me I have delt with many many many users on this site and have never screwed anyone over. I don’t even know who this person is that’s runninb their mouth but the member numbers shows them new. I own a performance shop I sac and I make plenty of money also have high government clearances to work In the locations I work you think I would risk a of that for the money you accuse me of splitting I probably spend more eating out in one month then I would have gained. So before you go accusing some one get your facts straight you want you don’t know because it was my business is I got screwed over also I paid for that didn’t get done correct and cost me thousands but it introduced me that my business partner I Sac that had to fix everything. Take your slander some where else grow up and stop looking for escape goats for your misfortune. If you have a judgment against Dan you can go to the sheriff's office of whatever county he works in and do a wage garnishment/Wtit. Dan of course can fight it But whatever money they take out will be held by the sheriff until the court straightens it out. You will have to go back to court to continue garnishing his check. It would be up to a judge to determine how much a month you can take. I still think you will be better off whoopin his ass. But you could also sell it to a collection company and they can do the legwork for you for a percentage..

I heard Dan Danny Starkey's wife Courtney Hoffman Starkey could be a front end supervisor at the Home Depot at 5631 Lone Tree Way in Bentwood. Dan could have gotten a VC 22349(A) for speeding on the highway in August. Case number 2007591542. An someone look it up and post his address? People need to collect what Dan stole from them. He use to live at 6688 Wild Horse Loop in Keystone Heights, Florida 32656 before moving to Brentwood.
