if anyone has ever filed a police report, I would call your local PD and report this and bring the ebay stuff and contact EBAY.
sooner or later shit will catch up with him and who knows maybe 10 years down the road you'll see a little cheese in some sort of class action.
I'd also get the contact info of everyone he has done dirty and pass that on to your case handler. so it will eventually show this is a pattern for him.

No way man I am in nothing. I just looked at the history and it had a ton of cars for sale. I'm in utah working lol I have been gone so long I had to send my car out to be finished and I am worried about that after everything I have been reading.
