Why do you want 65 mustang gauges in a 95?

Probably not. Your best bet would be to use an empty cluster like this and use Stewart Warner Gauges like this. But you might run into a problem with the speedo because these gauges use a cable and the factory '95 speedo is electronic. [ October 23, 2012, 01:02 AM: Message edited by: wilit ]

You can use an aftermarket that's electronic, you can use the oem vss just make sure you calibrate it.
