anyone out there know how to rebuild one and who wouldnt mind showing me how. Basically when I shift into third and fourth it grinds before slipping in. I know enough about r/r but not how to rebuild, any help? Ill take it out and have it ready to go.

if you are interested in learning how to do it, buy a t-5 rebuild manual and go to town, i think they go for about $10-20, rebuild kits go for about $250 in summit
