Does stock type hydraulic roller fit? Or what solid roller lifter can be used?

i am not 100% on this but it should be able to use stock style 5.0 lifters, does it have the boss's tp bolt down the lifter hold down spyder

an svo r351 block can use stock 5.0 lifters. dont see why the r302 would be different

just get some crane solid link bars lifters and be set

Yes, the stock hydraulic lifters will fit the R block but the lifter bores will need to be honed for a good fit (that goes for any lifter type).
