My steering seems really loose, and I was wondering if there is a way to fix it. ??? Feels really loose when I get up to like 60-80 mph.

Check your sway bar bushings and endlinks. Chances are they're worn out. Common on 5.O's.

Check for excessive play on the inner and/or outer tie rod ends. Other items to look at will be worn steering rack mounting bushings and loose or worn rag joint on the steering shaft.
