1...did you check power to the fuse? Also, do they come on and stay on...or not come on at all?
2...did you check power to the fuse? Also, did you check power to the blower motor? It's possible the connector has come loose, look for it below/behind the glovebox door.
3...yes, if they freeze, you will not be able to lock/unlock the door. If they are sticking, pul the door panel and remove the bar and clip from the door lock acuator.

Your turn signal problem sounds like the switch (on the column). Go grab one from the Junkyard, all 87 and ups are the same.
To check power, turn the switch on, remove the connector from the heater box... (+) to the connector, the (-) to ground. Make sure you go through all settings, Fox panels are notorious for failing in HIGH mode.
And yes..you need door lock actuators then. [Wink]

i also heard that the turn signals can be related to those silver box things on the fuse pannel...

aslo the blower motor works... if i turn it on high i can feel some air come out but not much... my friend thinks either the gate is partially shut.. or its just on its way out..

for the ac/heat issue, it's probably a loose or broken vacuum line somewhere in your engine compartment. i had a the same problem. found out i accidentally disconnected this thin vacuum line that runs across the rear of the engine compartment. re-connected it and everything worked again. good luck man.
