I have 3 chamber flows and it sounds deep and hollow. A little different from 2 chambers. You might want to try that. I think a chambered muffler give you the sound you're looking for over straight through design.

to get that hollow sound you do need to dump it... just leave your tailpipes on

I have magnaflows, bbk o-road h and fms shorties my 5.0 sounds like a honda accord

Try different mufflers.. i like the sound of spintechs.. they are badass.. with an offroad x....

Actually the sound you are referring to from the WS6's and the SS's is achieved because those cars have a Y-pipe. I personally don't like that sound but like others said....very difficult to reproduce on a 5.0 (Thank God)!
Also the spintechs IMHO are the nastiest things I have ever heard!

the h will give u a better sound
