im sure u can contact the authorities in his area and report some sort of fraud against him. u may not get anything from it but u never know.

u missed the part about the parts being shipped. unless you do cod, which most sellers wont do, u have to prepay obviously and go on your trust in the seller in delivering the product as stated.

Its obvious this thread isn't doing anyone any good. Just lock it, let it die and let lessons be learned. If nothing was done by now its not going to change by dragging this back up. Honestly, I hate seeing people get ripped off but this isn't going to fix it. I got taken on a motor a while back, made my post about it but after pages of BS and numerous PM's saying it would be taken car of I got NOTHING. Every single thread I've seen where this happens people argue and in the long run nothing gets solved. Everyone has their own take on Josh now, let the thread die.
