For what its worth...
The Home depot parking lot is a good spot to meet up - lots of room there.
Vallejo police shouldn't be a problem but I would be a tad concern with the police officers in American Canyon - they usually have a tight lock on that little town.
Also,
The Sonics parking lot is kind of small but there are other parking lots to overflow into, though, if member serves me correctly, there isn't any directly next to Sonic. There is a parking lot in front of sonic. If anything, the Wal-Mart parking lot there is huge.
And put me down to attend + 1.

Well its not exactly a 10 minute drive for me. Last time I went to a "meet up" I drove an hour an a half for only 6 cars that showed up. Im not going to waste my gas for nothing again.

ill be there for sure plus a FEW cars. atleast 4-5 min. i usually roll with close to 10 but i gotta see who is down, and T dont forget about our little match-up...i hope u dont get scared of the 4v tank...lol
