I noticed they list the helmet needing to be SFI approved. How picky are they with that? My helmet it Snell/DOT approved

Just went through that Snell is fine what's the date on it

Just went through that Snell is fine what's the date on it
Mine was made in 2007, don't see any certification expiration date

As the track cools the traction goes up. But it doesnt mean a cold track is a faster track. Like motor temp it all plays part into how you setup the car.
