First of all. This is street racing. A race is a race is a race! 2 people bring their cars and they compare their cars in a competitive fashion. IMO, it's gay as fuck to sit here and add up every pound to make sure things are even. I have a power advantage, and the Mach has the weight advantage.
Mach916, I must confess, I took my rear seat cushion out, the foam part your ass sits on. I will put the 6lb piece of foam back in and we can run... So it's fair this time. BUT... You'll have to put your spare tire back in?? Oh...
Next time I race someone, I will have the whole rear seat and passenger front seat out (~200lbs) and will only be doing 1st gear rolls (with my 245/45/18 Nexen's)..... The whole 3rd roll thing is dumb, I felt like I was doing a dyno pull lol...
I'd you don't have the driver mod, get it! And get your mickey's mounted. It's way more fun when the car sticks anyways...
This whole thing has just gotten way too tidious and petty

yea, im pretty sure the v had 100 octane in it too. LMAO!!!! That makes a huge differance.

This got way side tracked. For the record from being there and in the car the runs were very fair. Removing a seat foam cushion or a spare tire was not going to change the outcome of those races. There was no weight reduction done that was serious enough to negate the differences from the factory for either vehicle. Lower gear or MPH runs may have made a slight difference, but not much IMO. Those were pretty honest street runs in street trim

Ask your buddie with the Viper about some custom license plate ideas for my Coupe. Just saying since he will be the one reading them....Damn I found out they don't make plates big enough to read from a bus length away so nevermind...

The only time u should do a 4th gear roll is when ur making 1xxx hp and it WONT HOOK ! racing from a roll isnt racing its called merging. Do it from a dig or dont do it
