I've been working for the last few days clearing storm drains, prepping for fallen trees and prepping sand bags...Let's just say I'm going to be very busy for the next couple days. I'm on 48hr emergency standby

They are expecting 3-4 inches of rain tomorrow in the east bay. Almost every school district over here canceled school for tomorrow. North bay and Santa Cruz mountains are expected to have 8-10" of rain. My advice to everyone is to leave for work earlier than expected. This storm should be pretty big.

Any flooding as of yet? I'm off today and my house is on a hill so I don't see any flooding in my area.

My in laws house has a steep driveway so we had to sandbag it on both sides. The gutters on the street are doing g a good job but we still have some water entering the garage.

Not impressed at all by the rain, it rained harder the last storm than this one. What did impress me is the 50mph gust of wind our weather station measured around noon. I have never seen a 150ft pine tree's top move 30+ft before. I thought the tree was coming down.
