Wasup guys. Since ive bought my 5.0 ive done a few mods to it. Wondering whats my next best mod that i should do. Dnt have alot of money at the moment so i want nothing crazy. Just a little more hp. Any suggestions ans how much it will cost?

These are the things ive done to car.
New auto tranny with shift kit
New rear end, axels, 3.73 gears
Bbk cold air
Bbk o/r hpipe
2 chamber flows.

It feels strong and powerful. Im guessing gears do that. I just want a little more. Any suggestions?

I spent a ton of $$$ before I did the T5 swap. Not until then, was I satisfied with my Fox. Even with the 4.10s, shift kit, AND super charger... it was boring with the AOD.

hahaha this is a JOKE!

In my opinion cheap HP= NOS. Not good for your car but if you do it right, it will last a good amount of time

Yeah ive drove my boys stock notch with just exhaust and 5 speed makes a huge diff. I will do a 5spd swap but when my aod goes out. My boy has a e303 laying around will i will use since im going for smog legal. And ill do 1.7 RRs and i have to do my valve gaskets so ima do a upper and lower as well. I think once i sell all my audio ill be good to go. What you guys think? E303, 1.7 rr, and maybe a cobra upper and lower?

If you install an E303 cam in, also you will need to do a converter to get it to work and you won't see much difference

If your afraid of the nitrous, a good set of heads like afr165s or TFS 170s will make a good size difference that you will feel. I would compliment them with a cheap Explorer intake n prolly get an extra 50hp+ to the wheels with out needing a tune. This is somthing most mechanically inclined people can do if they have the right tools, a tq wrench ect.

Take bets you still had a stock converter in it. You need to change your verter once you change gears. Well 98% of the time.

I gained a significant amount of power and made the engine rev a lot quicker by adding electric fans to my car. Don't expect a TON of power, but it's a worthwhile mod that increases power and torque across the rev range, kills the noisy stock mechanical fan and opens up the bay in front of the motor. Like I said, don't expect a TON of power, but with the mods you have, I'd add some nice headers (shorties for smog or LTs if you don't care), pulleys and an electric fan setup for a nice bump in power without killing your bank account. Just my two cents

I gained 11hp and 22 lb-ft at the wheels pretty much across the rev range by swapping my mechanical fan for my Flex-a-lite units.

I forgot to mention. I also have shorty bbk headers. Yeah im thinkin of electic fan. I have one but i think its too small. Me not knowing i needed a certain size i got a 12" fan. Too small

Get some underdrive pullies if you have not yet, good bang for the buck mod and easy to install.
