It is pretty cool. Nothing beats the real thing of course. Great practice/tuning tool.

Just ordered a Steeda Triax shifter and a $15 Energy Suspension bracket bushing. ...Middle of the road price-wise yet effective solution for the stock "shit"fter.

I can't believe Ford hasn't fixed this issue, not like it hasn't been a problem since 2011. Even the 5 speeds prior had a janky shifter.

New Steeda shifter and bushing are nice and install was easy. I did read and follow the instructions however. There are a few things that are critical so reading directions is a must-do.

Suspension time, did a little research and it looks like I'm going with the Steeda Ultralite springs, BMR adjustable track bar, BMR boxed steel rear lower control arms, and the BMR rear LCA drop brackets.
Goodbye 4x4 and wheel hop. [ 2014-04-05, 08:20 PM: Message edited by: bwkelley76 ]

Lowering went well. Love the BMR lowers and brackets. ZERO wheel-hop and a much better feel when launching (less squat but more front lift if that makes sense)
Here are a few before and after pics. In a few weeks the car should settle a bit, however I'm OK with where it is now if it doesn't. I appreciate the fact that it isn't "dumped".

I like the new stance. It's low enough to get rid of the hideous 4x4 look but doesn't scream "I'm 18 years old and have zero idea of suspension geometry."
Looking good! Nice taste on the mods so far.

I went ahead and got 'em.
19x8.5 fronts and 19x10 rears. Also got a set of 285/35/19 Goodyear F1 tires for the back. Kept the original fronts for now.
