Kings and lakers are better than the warriors, la has always been the best team in Ca. The ONLY team to legitimately challenge them were the early 2000s kings teams. Warriors never did dick and nobody cared about them til last year. If the kings woulda moved I'd rather be a lakers fan than switch to the shitty warriors. Luckily they didn't move so still a kings fan forever. As deserve nothing but Aids dick since 89' year of the roid chumps

U giants fans have been saying 2 in 3 years in shit but Oakland did win 3 world series in a row in72, 73, 74. And in the late 80's they went to the world series in 88, 89, 90 and won it in 89. But then again I'm bringing up old shit. Lets live in the now

You must be at least 40 years old because that's the only way you would even remotely remember those wins. To pull up ws wins that you never watched or where part of has got to be an empty feeling because since you've been alive or been aware there has never been a season where you can be proud your team defied the odds and won it all. All giants fans got to watch the entire last two of three seasons and experience something only the really old fuckers back in 89 Oakland fans got to enjoy. I'm 34 years old and was in grade school when the battle of the bay happened, that's a lot of years of heartache and sheit.

Nah born in 80, same as you. What I was pointing out was people were bringing up old shit so I did too. I know my history that is all.I'm not knocking what the giants did at all. Congrats they won. But for people to be fighting over who was better or who is best is childish. I can give a shit what team you support as long as your true to your team and not be a bandwagon or fair weather fan. Yeah sometimes it sucks rooting for a team that just flat out sucks but I was there when they were winning, losing, and now winning again.

One thing to add to this thread.
Ever since the recent success of the 49ers and Giants we all have to defend ourselves from being called "bandwagon" fans. Oakland fans love this term. Why? I don't know!
Now for the facts...
The Athletics tarp a good portion of they're seats so they look more filled out. They have more attendance these last two seasons because of their recent success. That's pretty bandwagonish if you ask me. Only last year did you start selling tickets. Only when the team was winning. Pretty sad, AT&T is sold out REGUARDLESS.
The Raider, what a joke.... I remember two seasons ago half your games were not televised. Why you ask? Because the fans DON'T SHOW. I never missed a 9ers game, because even at 2-14 there were butts in the seats. The real fans in this area have black and orange on in the spring, red and gold in the winter.
