I know this is a Ford site, but cmon guys, you gotta respect this. A 4,000+ pound sedan running 9.97 @139 mph is just INSANE!!! These things are starting to turn into the 4 door "terminators" LOL

This car holds the record for Stock ported blower ONLY CTS-V's. Stock cubed Forged bottom end, cam, full bolt ons, built auto, no other power adders.

Nothing wrong with being a Ford Nut Rider, but c'mon respect other cars that are fast too... This is GENERAL TALK.... This means we can post or talk about anything from, cheating on GF's, rap music, politics, Aliens, Ford's, & even GM's too...
I respect any fast or cool car, whether its a Ford, Chrysler, GM, Honda, Toyota, whatever!!!!

I'm not trying to turn this into another 20 page thread throwing insults about brand loyalty. I simply posted this because I'm sure since most on this site don't really pay attention to Cadi's, they would have never seen this video before? I thought they would actually think it's cool being that a quiet idling family sports sedan is running similar times to what fully built Fox Mustangs & 4th gen Camaro's are running???

There was a couple V's at the last grudge,both runnin 12.0's and 12 teens.I know im an infamous GM hater but you gotta be impressed by a car thats vicious enough to run 12.0's yet tame and luxurious enough to take a supermodel to the opera.

LOL...Definitely. My car is like 3 seconds, & 30mph slower in the 1/4 & sounds far more aggressive than this thing LOL...
I guarantee this thing could be cruised on the street easily, but yeah the trans is probably weird I bet?

saw some fine ass chick driving through saratoga in a brand new black v coupe yesterday, sure as hell started my day out with a smile, those cars are just plain sick, coupe or sedan.

Regardless its still sick. These thing make what 500 rw stock? At close to 4000 lbs this CTS-V would need 725+ through an auto to run these times. Super impressive if They are getting an extra 225+ rw from the stock ported blower! ![[Eek!]](eek.gif)

Yea depends on what was done to it if it has a hi stall...
Yea it seems mild and N sounded mild
That thing would be a total sleeper on the streets that's for sure no one would expect that from a 4 dr Cadi

I would LOVE to get a new V, but I will be honest, I HATE the back end of the coupe, it looks terrible. Also, the beauty & allure of the V is the fact it is fast, with 4 doors IMO...
The 1st gen V (like mine) was not planned out, they just threw the idea together on a chassis that wasn't built for power or speed, so they have some pretty major suspension & rear end flaws. But the new V was mapped out beforehand, so it has a very strong & purpose built Chassis, thus the reason these cars are doing so well at the drag strip...
