Post his telephone # so people can crank call him? what are you 12? I really hope Lee and N8 can get things worked out. However, i do not understand why he will not pay Lee for towing his cars? I understand that fasthatch may have fucked up his car but they seem like the two services are not related. If a painter and a carpenter worked together and the painter painted my house to my liking but the carpenter built me a deck that fell apart. I would still pay the painter but I would tell the carpenter to fuck himself. Because one of the services was completed to my satisfactory. But hey, thats just me. Maybe I am missing something but do not have the story correct. Like I said, i hope things get worked out

I like you Eastbay so I am gonna offer up a explanation to you.
From the gate, Lee said Dave was his employee, he literally used the words "I am his boss, he works for me". I was not entirely comfortable with my car going somewhere and to someone had never met prior to this. So Lee said "he is my employee" he went on to say that any work performed will be inspected by him and that if something gets to out of control or messed up then he will get in there and fix it. He also went on to tell me how Dave's house was temporary until they get their garage together which they had a spot already and stuff along those lines.
Now in the real world if you own a business and your employee screws something up. You dont go after the employee you go after the business or the boss. Which is my contention. But....I was willing to let that slide until lies were being told behind my back. Case in point see my above posting of the PM string. And there is more like that. So at that point I am like fuck it. He dont wanna holla at me personally, he can take a "L" like I am taking a "L". I am out about 1500.00 fucking "his employee". He is out 100.00. And you guys treating me like the villian? Fuck that.

I am just curious why isnt no one saying Dave should give Lee the 100 out of the 1500 he didnt earn? After all it is his "employee". And why aint no one applying this to a real life scenario. Well said, Lee is a business man. He has the "i got your job done, now pay me" mentality, so my suggestion would be deal with him professionally and pay him if he did work for you.

Landslide victory against Dave maybe, but with Lee you do not have a legal leg to stand on. It wasn't a legitimate business dealing, Dave is not legally Lee's employee, therefore the limits of Lee's liability are in effect here. Lee is not legally responsible for Dave and is owed his money. A court would see it the same way.
