Very cool to be considered one of the 'good' members, thanks SlowStockFox. I joined when this site was 98cobra.com and I guess that makes me an OG... ![[Wink]](wink.gif)
I remember less drama and better tech, it seems like members had more to offer back then. Not that there aren't some great contributors now, but the drama creators and all the BS bring the overall content down.

There did used to be a few females who would post here and attend shows with "their" cars but I haven't seen ANY here in a long time. Mainly because of the idiots who were attracted to any thread their screen names were involved with.

I didnt read through the entire post but I agree with the OP 100% I was a member of 98cobra.com and used to go to all the Great Mall Show N' Shine Meets (or maybe those were when cafords first started up?)...definitley good times and I dont recall any drama back then ![[worship]](graemlins/worship.gif)
Although there are a bunch of shit heads on this site now, there definitely are good folks too. I still frequent cafords because its pure entertainment...and if you get OG members like JohnB or other mustang gurus to answer some tech questions, its always a plus! Also, since most people on cafords nowadays are broke and lowballers, you're bound to find a deal on something in the for9d0 sale section ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

Jon, 1sicgt and the siccrew can be given thanks for that. The siccrew teamed up and won all the awards at the CAFords show back in the day. Jon talked shit about the admin, got banned, then let back on and then a firestorm of bans happened. Jason, Stoplightwarrior and his FAF crew also had a hand in the demise of cafords. They too posted tons of clutter.

Making the moderators cyber-sit me is probably a good way of getting my account locked for a while.
