However, I agree with the OP.. there are some members that have been dragging this site down.
Too many negative threads and people shit talking in other's For(d) Sale threads.. etc.
Also, instead of posting useless youtube links in the General Talk it would be nice if people would share their car projects, etc.
Also, lot's of bad/useless advice in tech talk..
BTW.. it is not the moderators that will make site good/bad.. it's the members ![[Smile]](smile.gif)

It all started when the various other clubs flooded into this site. I remember one of the first car shows which gave out prizes, the "car clubs" grouped their voting together and rigged it so their buddies would win. And, the sponsors we had gave out some pretty nice prizes! I doubt any sponsors would go near us now. It went from a bunch of cool guys (and girls...yes, women were even on here at one time before leg-humping douchebags drove them off) to a bunch of wanna-be thugs who care more about chest beating and showing off their burn-outs than developing a community of car enthusiasts.

as for who have said that bout don hiddennos...ok not every member is perfect not everyone is going to like each other...but don has been a long time member and pretty much has his own personalty just like anyone. he is a cool guy and keeps a cool head on bussiness with people from what i know. i havent heard much of him doing ne one wrong or for that matter never heard someone complain bout being ripped off or done wrong.
to each there own but he has a plus vote from my eyes. yes ive had my bitch wars with him and hate his billion plus post and all the rolleyes... im sure if he rolled his eyes like that in person hed be blind lol. as i said everyone is them self and hes a vet on the site and is a chill guy all in all

as for the admins on this site i dont know if it was sold out or if there making money but i doubt it. i sure dont see them on or making much effort to controll the public view of this site...but im sure they dont care.

of course some of those jump on band wagon members are going to be here still but like any time when there is a trend/popularity craze things start getting big like in 2002 there is the drama members such as 2stangs {not calling you out but for the low blow on this topic and for what the topic is about....come on now get real} not to say i jumped on the band wagon i guess i did but i use the site for its intension and was refered buy some og members.

I am by no means considered 1 of the old school members of Cafords, but even back when I registered in 2007, this site was much better than it is nowadays.
The donut videos don't bother me at all, because after all, it is part of the muscle car hobby. What bothers me is all the drama & how the mods just let it go on & on....
What bothers me more than anything is the For(d) sale section. When someone posts up a car for sale, the thread gets cluttered up with multiple pages of useless posts of people bashing the car or stating their negative opinions. If your not interested in buying the car, don't post in the thread, especially if it is to state something negative....
