Its both actually, but I dont do the MMA thing. How much do you weigh? Right now I am on the low end of the Heavyweight div (215). But I am trying to fight at Crusierweight (190-195 ish). If you are around there I am down. I have problems finding folks my size to spar with.

Every thing is fun until you get shot. I've been shot and it didn't matter that I've been training AIKIDO since "91" or that I had a bullet prof vest. I'm 39 and I thank GOD I'm still here. I could have died in 05 and not be able to see my kids grow up, my daughter graduate my son play football and my oldest son make me a freakin grandfather. Life is valuable and when you die maybe people will remember you but after a wile nobody will visit your grave. Hopefully life insurance is paid. Just my oppinion.

+1, I got shot once as well over some bullshit too, and it changed my life completely. I tried to lighten it up a bit because those 2 were really going at it. And it isnt like the old days of knuckling up and going home. 1 side is guaranteed not to see it that way.
