What's a good SuperCharger to get for a 4.6? Not looking at making a ton of HP just enough not to break the stock motor. How are the Prochargers? [ November 07, 2003, 02:49 PM: Message edited by: bunchmyfunky ]

p1sc procharger, great blower, heard from apex that the fit was kin da shitty on all the piping, but i have no personnal experience with it
cant go wrong with a S trim, enough to break ur motor i bet, and if not just hit the nitrous
and my a great choice, the novi 2k
maybe look into a turbo system ![[worship]](graemlins/worship.gif)

I like the air-to-air intercoolers from Prochargers, but I like the proven reliability of the Vortech's...
I vote S-trim ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

Paxtons leak, and have other problems. S-trim have been around forever with no problems, end of story. [ November 07, 2003, 11:19 PM: Message edited by: 98slowhoe ]

My vote goes to a Turbo. They run cleaner and make the same power with less boost, thus putting less stress on the block you don't want to break. If you must go blower. I vote Kenne Bell because the power is always there. I hear the Pro-Chargers have a problem with plate flex too ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

I will be getting a used kit so I will be limited on what I will be able to get. My other option is to stay NA and do the heads and cams plus the intake that I've been testing. All for the same price as getting a SC.

Like I told you last night Mark, remember Elwins car. That thing was sweet, and he didn't have all the things you had on your car, you know you could go a bit faster then he did. Vortech SQ is what you need to find, if not you there are regular S-trims out there to buy. Look on the corral.
