The real problem is in the communities that need a pro active police force. They are the first to reject help. Until there's a real change in the cities that need change. AKA Chicago, Oakland, SF, LA, Atlanta, Detroit... Blacks will continue to kill eachother and nothing will change.

Classic trick by police officers of dubious character. Remember that time I outed an officer down by Fresno in the Tulare Porterville region that was trying to get me to visit his precint . He quickly edited his post once I outed him. The very very smart public servant didn't think it was a good idea to publicly threaten citizens for committing the crime of free speech unless the cop could do the threatening anonymously.
