Force should only be used to the extent needed to stop the threat or allow you to escape. The line between self defense and malicious intent was crossed when he stopped, thought about it, and continued to hit the girls. The employee will face criminal charges as he went overboard. If he had some other frustrations in life he needed to get out he shouldn't have taken it out on them. The attackers got what was coming to them, but so will the employee

That dude should get a raise I was at Carls jr on Northgate the other day the way some people talk to those employees makes you want to give em a fn slap! Just cause a person works fast food doesnt mean you can crap on them. They should start a charity for his defense fund!
