OK im going to be installing it tomorrow.What should i set the timing at for a 50 shot?What spark plugs shouls i get and what should they be gapped at?

You should almost always set the timing to 10 degrees when running nitrous. I closed the cap on my plugs .10 Oh yeah, I like my motorcraft plugs

General advice-
retard timing 2 degrees for every 50 hp of N20.
Start with a copper plug that is one step colder than factory, the NGK TR-6 is one example.
