Hey, Drew! I am the proud owner of a ported Cobra intake and 65mm throttle body but won't install those until it is time for the heads to go on. So no new fast stuff on the car. Might be able to try some slicks. See you there!JL

Jim, I was set to go until I looked at the video that Gabriel and Brian shot the last time I was out and saw my burnouts. Only the right slick was smoking. I have a spool that I need to install in the next week or so and should be out testing again by the end of this month. Good luck on your testing and unbolting the sway bar should help. BTW, this video shows you giving a big "YES" swing of your arm when I beat that black Mustang. Thanks [ February 07, 2002: Message edited by: John91coupe ]

I can't make it on the 16th, I'll be in MA (10th-17th). Is that video on the web? I would love to see it! Guess the nice looking burnout was just one tire. Mark- maybe in two weeks. My schedule is quite busy. Hope I can get time to do my heads and intake.JL

How bad is it? I wouldn't think that it would take a dump on you unless it is really messed up. Why not just replace the U joint before you go so you don't have to worry about it?

I could be done in about 15 minutes if you have done it before. If it is you first time I would say 1/2 hour, and most of that time is jacking up the car....lol Its no big deal really.
