The one thing that was disappointing about bourbons is that they have all tasted very similar. Scotch on the other hand is completely opposite. Every scotch I have tried is very different than the next. I have heard good things about Buffalo Trace, but have been reluctant to try it as a result of Bourbon being in a word... boring.
