[/qb][/QUOTE]My local orchard supply just gives me a new ratchet off the shelf if I bring in a broken one.. Sears has always sucked when it came to their tool warranty IMO. Ive got only craftsman and I've never had a problem with my tools.. I've broke swivels and ratchets, but it was my fault and had them replaced brand new when they break. [/QB][/QUOTE]
