Lookin at gettin a 99 cobra hood,is there a difference between it and 03-04 v6? They look the same.wondering if the cobra on has a real vent.
If the vent is fake,what if i cut it,is the vent forward enough to not get rain on ny motor? I have a cutout 03 gt hood now

Vent is fake, just a piece of black plastic trim. You could open it up, but it will drain water all over the front engine accessories. And yes, I believe that the early new edge cobra hoods are the same as the late new edge v6 hoods.
