Those are not really standards, really. It depends on the configuration of the motor. Just remember the measurement is just vacuum at the manifold (where most people I assume hook up their boost guages).
You can have that mini-pulley 2.65" and still only see 5-6psi on a good flowing motor...

It also depends on the type of blower. Are you talking about a roots, screw, centrifugal?

3.33 on my completely stock 95 SQ-trim makes about 12 lbs...

I have a power pipe on my SQ and it sees 12 psi also with the stock pully. That is a stock short block 5.0 with GT40X heads mild port and a Trickflow street heat intake.

No power pipe. 12 PSI at about 5800 RPM. Have to change headgaskets now, though.... (Too much timing....)

Ford Racing has a kit out for supercharged 5.0's thats what I went to after popping a Felpro 1011-2. It uses graphite head gaskets and stretch bolts.
