This is what SCT told me, if at the time you bought your Xcal 1 and did not recieve a voucher for a X cal 2 you will not be able to upgrade. If you choose to but the Xcal 2 you need to pick one up from your local dealer.
i dont knwo if that helps.
BTW whats the cost for a 3 way chip for a 99 Cobra?
