So I bought an trick flow series r intake with a 75mm upper intake. My question action is since I'm running a 347. Can I put a 90mm throttle body on it or just the 75mm

Well if the opening is only 75mm then 75mm is the max you can/should put on unless you get someone to make a bigger opening.

You have 32oz of water, can you fit all 32oz in a 12oz bottle? Same concept.

Stick with a 75mm.

Generally the more volume in your intake track the more sluggish the throttle response for a sudden opening of the throttle (however it will have a better top end). You will have to decide on where you spend 90% of the time or if you are just hunting for that 10% where you may want to be (say a strictly drag car).

If the intake opening is 75mm then a 75mm t-body would be best (especially if it is a smooth transition between the throttle body opening and the intake opening).
