When you say you've replaced the ignition module , do you mean the TFI module? It's gray with a weird bolt. If the starter doesn't crank with a hot engine, it's a sign the starter is bad. This happens to some cars with long tube headers. Doesn't sound like your case. Is your base timing properly set? TFI module seems the most likely.

Tried different TFI module. All new different brands too. Even a new distributor. Still the same issue!

Here is a crazy thought, maybe the ECT or ACT is bad and giving false temp readings which affects the timing when hot. Maybe unplug those to see if that's the cause? Scanned the EEC-IV to see if it gives any codes? Youtube has videos on how to do this.

pretty much every sensor is new under the hood. even the ignition switch on the column. car went to the shop today. ill keep you posted and let you know what the tech finds.
