What should be my next upgrade for my 87 coupe. I already have the tubular k member ,tubular a arms, coilovers in the front , adjustable lower control arms .subframe connectors , lower torque boxes redone ,removed my front sway bar.. I'm looking to just hook n go !!

depends on your plans, but either way it really dont matter because the stock rear setup is junk anyways.. so any upgrade is better than none.. I have buddies who run 10's on the M&M rear suspension setups... i.e. the torque arm, panhard bar and heavy duty lca's; sounds like those things would pretty much complete your suspension.

Forgot to mention I got maxim motorsports adjustable lower control arms I was leaning for a torque arm but thought I might put that money into the motor instead for now I was planning on hitting 13s and I have 3:73 gears in the rear end

You already removed your front sway bar so sounds like you are looking for a drag suspension, I would look into TeamZmotorsport, Wolfe or Baseline rear suspensions with anti roll bar and strange struts and shocks.
