so my tranny is leaking tranny fluid from the rear seal i replace the seal and its still leaking fluid its just a little drop but overnight or when i just turn it off by time it makes a small puddle. also the driveshaft is from a automatic not manual would that make a difference? i have a 1989 mustang 5.0

The yoke on your drive shaft could be worn out its happened to me and I ended up blowing the tranny ![[Frown]](frown.gif)

if the seal is good, could be a worn out tailshaft bushing.

U joints most likely need to be replaced also and drive shaft balanced
