I'm considering going to long tubes for my 347 Lx. My car is lowered with Eibach Sportlines. I'm concerned about having ground clearance issues.
Is the switch from shorties to long tubes worth the hp increase? Are ground clearance issues significant?
This is not a track car, just a weekend toy.

my cars pretty low and ive had no big issues with them. Other then having to pick and choose which bumps you want to attempt its not an inconvenience at all.

Thanks I looked them up. Theyre about $360. I'd like to come up on something used and for less $$$.

check corral. you get what you pay for. If i got long tubes it would be accufab or kooks.

I used the 1 5/8 BBK LT's. for the price they are an excellent fit, did not hang any lower then my MM subframes. with ALL LT's don't take driveways/speed bumps at higher speeds and you should be ok.
