Topic: bracket inside gas tank

on the inside of the gas tank, theres a bracket that holds the sending unit/fuel pump in place. It broke, and I need to know if its an easy fix by replacing it with another one or does it consist of having to buy the whole thing together?

do you mean the baffle/basket? Just get another gas tank, I broke mine and there was no way to get anybody to weld the inside of a gas tank.
I think I got the new/used one for under $50 from foxbody and had it hot tanked at a radiator shop for $20, looked brand new.

He just got the tank back. He had a sump tank welded onto it this week.
