I noticed that my Cobra has lost power and the exhaust is considerably quieter. Could these be the symptoms of a clogged catalytic converter? What else could be the cause?

Any help is appreciated.

I'll give that a shot. Do you know where about the reading will be if it is clogged?

I had Magnaflow Hi-Flow cats on my 03 Cobra and they eventually broke up and clogged my exhaust up. Loss of power too, real dramatic. I just hollowed them out and threw the X-pipe back on. All was well after that.

Hopefully it is the cats and nothing more serious. This is my DD right now. I'm going to check them out tomorrow. We shall see...

Well, it ended up being a clogged cat. Hollowed all of them out and will ride like that until it's time for a smog.

Yes, the clogged cat was on the stock h pipe. Hollowed the rest so that the exhaust would flow evenly and in case any of rest decided to F*** up later.
