I was wondering if its ok to cut the "REAR" springs(since they're progressive) since they lower only about 3/4" , i want the car level (i dont like the rake look) thanks in advance? If not i am willing to trade the rear springs for something lower, thanks in advance?!

you can always cut springs but it's not usually the best way to do things. I'd start by leaving out the upper and lower spring isolators in the rear. That's usually enough to keep the car fairly level.
