Has anyone runs one of these and made some good power through one?

I plan on running it with my setup. I know that JohnB runs this on his cobra.

I read that the ford racing 31 trac lok will not work with 4.30 gears. But take that with a grain of salt. that's what i've heard is not a proven fact.

I'm running one in my Cobra, no issues.
And yes, 4.30's and a 31 spline T-lok will work with the proper cross-pin. A stock one will not work.

Did you up the clutches john in yours? If so how many extra fit and can i just add the 31 spline spider gears in my 28 spline 8.8?

I did, you can add one extra clutch. You cannot pull the spiders from a 31 and swap in a 28 case...different size cases.
