Pump will not turn on from key.
If I turn the key on and jump the relay connections the pump turns on. I replaced the relay already. I can hear the relay under the seat click aswell as the relay next to the computer when I turn the key. I also checked pin 22 on the harness and its firm in place. Any ideas.
Also swapped computers.

Fusible link coming off the cylinoid.

Just replace the fusible link pete. If you hard wire it and there is a short somewhere down the line it could start a fire.
