I have a 90 gt and am having trouble with sound on my aftermarket pioneer deck.

I see this small rectangular box with wires on top of it behind the radio. All of the wire connectors are there.

There are 2 screws one on each sode that hold it in. I unscrewed those and the box can slide right out.

Does it have anything to do with the airbags? If not i need to bypass the amp or accomodate it for my deck.

any help is aprreciated

Nope.

If you pull the amp he found, then plug the adapter connectors you can buy at any stereo shop into the harness that was plugged into the little amp, it will work fine. Hell, the adapters have the wires individually labelled.
