how do i get the bolt out it just keeps spinning but wont come out i tried pulling it with some pliers but i wont come out please help

apply pressure in between the pan and the block then try to remove it.

if that is the last bolt in the pan then stick a screwdriver inbetween pan and block.dont over do it though.you dont want to bend the pan

sorry for the misunderstanding its not the bolts to oil pan its the plug im changing the oil its the oil plug sorry if i didnt explain

try some vise grips, you can put them on and pull and twist at the same time.
